About The Role (your Why)

As Practice Manager, you will lead our talented App D365 CE team in delivering innovative Microsoft solutions that transform customer experiences. You’ll oversee project delivery, build strong client relationships, and shape the strategic direction of our practice. You’ll bring proven leadership in IT services, deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, and the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team. What You’ll Do

  • Leading and managing the Dynamics 365 CE practice, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development
  • Developing and executing the practice strategy to grow our capabilities and market presence
  • Overseeing the successful delivery of CE projects, ensuring quality outcomes, innovation, and client satisfaction
  • Building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for Dynamics 365 CE solutions
  • Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve organisational and customer objectives
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Staying ahead of Microsoft technology changes, new features, and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to our clients

What You’ll Bring

Required experience:

  • Proven management or leadership experience within the IT professional services industry
  • Hands‑on experience delivering or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or related CRM solutions
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and best practices in a Microsoft ecosystem
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into action
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and grow a diverse team
  • A solid understanding of IT and business solutions, particularly within the Microsoft stack
