Stoppress in Auckland is seeking an experienced Senior PR Account Director or PR Account Director to help lead Thrive’s growth in Aotearoa New Zealand. You will direct a portfolio of client accounts, provide strategic communications counsel and drive integrated campaigns that deliver real business impact.

With 6–10 years in communications, you will mentor consultants, contribute to new business opportunities and work within Thrive's hybrid Auckland office.

PR Director Auckland, New Zealand | Full-time | Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Senior PR Account Director or PR Account Director to join our growing Auckland team and help lead the next chapter of Thrive’s growth in Aotearoa New Zealand.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an established Senior Account Director or an ambitious and experienced Account Director ready to take the next step in their career. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships, developing creative campaigns and delivering integrated communications that create genuine business impact.

You’ll direct a portfolio of exciting client accounts, provide excellent communications counsel and help drive the continued growth of our small but mighty office. Working alongside our local leadership and truly supported by the wider Trans-Tasman agency, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our local offering while working with some leading global brands.

As our New Zealand business continues to expand, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving client success, mentoring consultants and contributing to new business opportunities, while being backed by the expertise, specialist capabilities and collaborative culture of one of Australasia’s leading independent communications agencies.
