Reporting to the Te Pou Whakahaere/Chief Executive, the Pou Ahurea/Cultural Manager will lead the implementation of Ngāti Tama's cultural development strategy across language revitalisation, cultural wellbeing, education, identity and community engagement.
This is a strategic, community-focused role that will build participation, strengthen cultural connections, and translate vision into programmes and initiatives that make a lasting difference for whānau.
