About the Role

We’re looking for a Portfolio Revenue Manager (PRM) to drive optimal revenue performance across a portfolio of 2–6 hotels. You’ll leverage data-driven strategies, embed IHG Revenue ways of working, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the revenue leader for your hotel portfolio, leading regular revenue calls and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain expertise in IHG systems and revenue processes.
  • Partner with senior revenue leaders to share best practices and improve performance.
  • Support rollout of new tools, systems, and programs to ensure adoption.
  • Develop and coach revenue management talent within the organization.
  • Provide insights on hotel performance and market trends to commercial teams.
  • Lead or participate in strategic projects to enhance revenue outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in revenue management, pricing, or financial planning—preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and yield optimization.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills.
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
