Hampshire Holiday Parks Taupo is seeking a Resort Assistant to join Lake Taupō Holiday Resort. This hands-on role covers poolside, bar & café, and guest services, delivering friendly service and ensuring clean, safe facilities.

You'll work as part of a collaborative team, support stock replenishment, events, and general operations, and adapt to a fast-paced guest-focused environment while upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service across pool, bar and café areas.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages.
• Assist with stock control, replenishment and events.
• Set up and pack down service areas and functions.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with other resort departments as required.
