• Deliver high-quality, play-based early years education for children.
• Plan and implement engaging learning experiences supporting cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment promoting curiosity and wellbeing.
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress to inform planning.
