Alignerr is seeking Physics Masters graduates or current students for an hourly contract role focused on AI training. You will design advanced physics problems, craft rigorous solutions, and evaluate AI reasoning.

Work remotely 10–40 hours per week, collaborating with researchers to build benchmarks and provide detailed feedback to improve AI models. Prior AI experience is not required; physics expertise is the key differentiator.

Physics Masters – AI Training Specialist

We're looking for physics Masters graduates and current students to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. What You'll Do

• Design advanced physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more
• Develop rigorous, step-by-step solutions that test the depth of AI reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and quality
• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level topics
• Provide structured, detailed feedback that directly improves AI model performance

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
• Strong problem-solving skills across multiple advanced physics domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating reasoning

• No prior AI or data annotation experience required
