• Recently graduated or is about to graduate with a degree in software engineering, computer science or similar
• Is genuinely curious:about customers, about technology, and about finding better ways to solve hard problems

• Knows how to use AI tools effectively, applying them with good judgment rather than just enthusiasm
• Has experience with modern web and UI-oriented languages and frameworks
