You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, managing phone and email queries alongside in-person support. This newly created position is designed to keep the pharmacy team focused on dispensing by placing you as the first point of contact for customer enquiries. As a Pharmacy Administrator, you'll bring your Level 4 Pharmacy Technician expertise to manage high‑volume phone and email queries, alongside in‑person support for click and collect customers.
