About the Role
An exciting opportunity within a top-performing corporate team, this role supports several senior authors across a mix of PA and high-level administrative duties. You'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced corporate practice in the CBD, joining a genuinely collaborative team with strong workflow and market-leading reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full PA support to partners and senior team members, including diary and inbox management
  • Supporting complex corporate transactions (M&A, capital raises, JV work, franchising, contracts, and B&F documentation)
  • Advanced file management and document preparation using a range of administrative software
  • Managing monthly billing processes and client engagement requirements
  • Coordinating AML and compliance tasks aligned with national and international standards
  • Providing strong client and stakeholder communication on behalf of authors
Skills & Experience

You'll bring at least 4+ years' experience as a Personal/Executive assistant within a corporate environment, with a high level of accuracy, initiative, and confidence working to pace. Experience in international or regulatory transactions, or exposure to banking and finance, is advantageous but not essential for strong intermediate candidates looking to step up.
