We have an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration and/or coordination experience who is looking to build a career in Human Resources. As part of our fast-paced and agile People Hub team, you'll play an important role in supporting our people and delivering great service across MPI. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience across a large and diverse organisation while building knowledge across the full employee lifecycle. In this busy and varied role, you'll provide high-quality HR administration and coordination support across MPI. From onboarding new employees and preparing employment documentation to responding to HR queries and supporting payroll processes, you'll work with a wide range of people across People & Capability and the wider organisation. You'll be an organised and customer-focused administrator or coordinator who enjoys working with people and delivering great service. Whether your experience comes from the public or private sector, you'll bring strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. While previous HR experience is advantageous, we're equally interested in candidates who are keen to grow their career in Human Resources and are excited by the opportunity to learn and develop in a supportive team.
