Job summary

Griffin’s Snacks in Wellington is seeking a Part Time Merchandiser to manage shelves, restock stock, and set up promotional displays across Pakn'Save Kapiti and surrounding stores. You will ensure products are well presented and within reach for customers throughout the week, with shifts totaling 15 hours.

The role reports to the Territory Manager and requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience isn’t required but would be an extra tick.
• Own car and full driver's license to travel to shifts.
• Accountability, honesty and reliability; able to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Unloading pallets and restocking shelves, lifting up to 20 kg
• Checking pricing and best before dates, rotating and moving stock
• Following plans/planograms to ensure proper layout
• Building promotional displays
• Creating strong relationships in-store
• Providing feedback to leadership with store insights
