Minor Hotels’ Oaks Auckland Hotel is expanding its Room Attendant department with multiple part-time opportunities now available. You will maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms, including beds, vacuuming, and bathrooms, using training and proper equipment.

We’re seeking energetic individuals with a keen eye for detail, good communication, and the ability to work a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
• Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.
• Building strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to help foster a positive, respectful work environment.
