Farmers Chartwell is seeking a friendly Sales and Service Assistant for a part-time role in Hamilton. You will help customers with friendly service, provide product knowledge, and support a welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, a can-do attitude, and flexibility to work Friday 11:00am–6:15pm and Saturday 10:30am–6:15pm with possible extended hours during Christmas.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers to our store and offering assistance.
• Listening to their needs and finding solutions.
• Providing product knowledge to help customers make their selection.
• Ensuring the department is kept tidy and well stocked.
• Providing assistance in our fitting rooms.
