Farmers Trading Company Ltd – Chartwell Women's store in Auckland is looking for an energetic Sales and Service Assistant to join our friendly team. Ideally you will have at least 1–2 years of retail experience.

This part-time role involves welcoming customers, listening to their needs, offering product knowledge, keeping the department tidy and stocked, and assisting in fitting rooms. Sunday 9.45am–5.15pm and Monday 8.45am–4.15pm with flexible extended hours during busy times.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Energetic, positive attitude and can-do mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers to our store and offering assistance
• Listening to their needs and finding solutions
• Providing product knowledge to help customers make their selection
• Ensuring the department is kept tidy and well stocked
