Pascoes The Jewellers Nelson is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant in Nelson, New Zealand. You will work with the team to deliver top service, support sales targets, and promote the store through merchandising and displays.

We are seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to join our Pascoes team in Nelson.

We are looking for a diamond in the rough that wants to advance their career with an iconic New Zealand brand. With years of experience in the jewellery & watch industry we know a thing or two, which is no surprise why we are reputable market leaders. Joining our Nelson store you will work collaboratively with the team to provide top service to our customers, and achieve all sale KPI's. If you have experience in the jewellery industry then that's a plus, but if not, don't worry, we will train you in product knowledge and give you the additional skills to be successful in your role.

Hours:

• 2 to 3 shifts, including one weekend day
• We operate 8.30am to 5.30pm during the week, and 9.30am to 4pm on weekends

The Role:

• Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
• Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
• Demonstrate a willing "can-do" attitude, and support your team
• Focus on attention to detail, diligence, and maximising efficiency and time
• Understand and execute back-of-house paperwork and procedures
• Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays, and other activities
