Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff with clear priorities, workflows and expectations.
• Oversee project planning, delivery and reporting.
• Manage team budgets with accurate tracking and accountability.
• Provide budget information, forecasts and reporting inputs to Finance.
• Prepare performance and project reports for executive and funders.
• Maintain oversight of contracts, grants and compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Provide light‑touch stakeholder support as needed.
