Job summary

Pathlab Bay of Plenty in Tauranga is seeking a part-time Logistics Support for a 12-month fixed-term role to help run storeroom, transport and fleet activities, with a mix of admin, driving and computer work.

You will coordinate logistics, manage inventory, track shipments and communicate with suppliers. A clean NZ driver’s license, ability to drive in all environments, and the ability to work autonomously or in a team are essential. Driving a company car is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain roles preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating logistics operations and activities.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Support the logistics team in scheduling and tracking shipments.
• Communicate with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and reports.
• Identify and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
