Merchant 1948 is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for our new Westgate Outlet store in Auckland. You will be the face of the Merchant experience, helping customers find their perfect fit, sharing product knowledge, and bringing positive energy to the shop floor.

You will create warm customer experiences, work toward sales targets, keep the store tidy, support visual merchandising, and collaborate with the team to maintain a great in-store vibe.

• Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality or similar).
• Love connecting with people and being part of a team.
• Confident, positive and solution-focused.
• Keen eye for detail and pride in work.
