Job summary

LET'S WORK IN NZ LTD in West Auckland is looking for an Experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join their team. The role involves all painting tasks from preparation to finishing, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and efficiency.

You must have knowledge of the painting industry, be able to work unsupervised or with a small team, and bring a professional work ethic. Minimum 3 years' experience or a relevant trade qualification is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience or a relevant trade qualification.
• Full knowledge of the painting industry and prep, paint application and finishing.
• Able to work as part of a team or unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of body panels for painting.
• Applying paint and protective coatings to metal and non-metallic surfaces.
• Polishing and finishing painted surfaces.
• Operate equipment and machinery; meet goals and deadlines.

Our client based in West Auckland is looking for an Experienced Automotive Spray Painter to Join their team.

Minimum 30 hours guaranteed; can work up to 40 hours if you wish to earn more.

Job Requirement

You will need full knowledge of the painting industry, be able to cover all aspects, including preparation,n the ability to complete all tasks to a high standard, and be a team player who is well-organized and can work unsupervised.

3 YEARS of Experience OR relevant trade qualification necessary. Pay $ 29.00- $ 32 per hour

You will be required to do all aspects of the job including :

• Preparation of body panels for painting.
• Applying paint & protective coatings to metal and non-metallic surfaces.
• Polishing & finishing painted surfaces.
• Honest and Reliable
• Professional work ethic and positive can-do attitude
• The ability to meet goals and deadlines

P hysically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the position, including the operation of equipment, machinery, and the ability to be on your feet for most of the day.
