Job summary

The successful candidate will bring NZ HCA experience, appropriate Level 3/4 certificates, and strong interpersonal and organisational skills to work 0.8 FTE in a dynamic team. Training and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Health Care Assistant experience in New Zealand.
• Level 4 NZ Health Care Assistant certificate with 1+ years HCA experience in New Zealand.
• NZ Level 3 Health Care Assistant certificate with 2+ years HCA experience or equivalent (to be assessed) in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses with day-to-day patient care.
• Provide clinical care to patients and support families.
• Prioritise tasks, organise workload and maintain patient comfort.
