Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to join our Orthopaedic Outpatients and Acute Orthopaedic Care teams in Christchurch. You will rotate between Orthopaedic Outpatients and the Emergency Department, with a comprehensive orientation and opportunities for professional development.

Applicants must be registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and hold a current APC.

Responsibilities

• Wound management, casting and splinting tasks.
• Patient education and supporting clinics in orthopaedic outpatients.
• Work rosters across Emergency and Outpatient areas.
• Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy, rotating environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient care.
