We’re currently looking for Senior Analysts or Managers to join our Consulting team in Wellington (Pōneke), specifically in Management Consulting. In this role, your people skills and ability to connect with others will be important. We work with public‑sector and complex‑enterprise clients on organisational design, operating‑model development and large‑scale transformation—so the role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data‑driven insight into practical recommendations that improve how organisations serve Aotearoa.

You will spend your time helping client teams understand, plan, and carry out changes to improve how their organisations work. You will also assist with creating proposals and support efforts to bring in new business.

  • Able to use strong data analysis and people‑focused thinking to help government agencies change how they work, plan for the future, and get better results for Aotearoa.
  • Skilled at making sense of unclear workforce or business challenges by breaking them into clear questions and plans backed by data, helping organisations succeed.
  • Understands how the New Zealand government works—things like Budget processes, Cabinet decision‑making, pay guidelines, and union negotiations—or is clearly passionate about making a difference for the public.
  • Confident working with senior leaders, using empathy and thoughtful challenges to support good decision‑making.
  • Naturally curious, open to trying new ways of working, and enjoys coaching junior team members.
  • Writes clearly and simply, turning complex ideas into executive‑friendly content and leading effective workshops.
  • Brings energy, motivation, and a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Excellent at written and spoken communication, including confidently leading workshops.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on experience using structured approaches to improve business processes and perform business analysis and/or design.
  • Consulting Background (Preferred): Ideally, you’ve worked in a consulting or top‑tier professional services firm in a similar role.
