Job summary

Prospa Orchard Management Services in Katikati, Bay of Plenty, is seeking an Orchard Supervisor to lead daily orchard operations and support the Orchard Management team. The role focuses on productivity, quality, and safety in outdoor farming environments.

You will manage pruning, maintenance, fruit thinning, and machinery tasks, while mentoring teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring clear communication across regions. A full NZ driver’s licence is required.

About the Role

As an Orchard Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Orchard Management team for Katikati with daily operations for the region. Your responsibilities will include:

• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and a love for working outdoors in all conditions
• The ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, during peak seasons and be ok with reduced hours during slower periods
• A full, clean New Zealand driver’s license
