Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Paeroa is seeking a registered Oral Health Therapist/Dental Therapist to join the Eastern Oral Health Team on a mobile unit serving Paeroa, Te Aroha, Hauraki Plains and surrounding areas. You will assess patients, develop care plans, provide preventive and therapeutic treatments, and educate families on oral hygiene.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team, maintain accurate records, and contribute to reducing health inequalities.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Dental Council NZ and Annual Practising Certificate.
• Up-to-date clinical skills in Oral Health Therapy.
• Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
• Flexible, organised, self-motivated and able to work effectively with whanau to improve oral health.
• Team player who values collaboration with dental assistants and colleagues.
