Specsavers Masterton invites a skilled Optometrist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis from February 2027. You’ll deliver comprehensive eye examinations, manage ocular conditions, and engage with the local community to improve eye care access.

You’ll work with cutting-edge technology such as OCT and visual fields, in a collaborative store environment that values growth and professional development.

Join our Masterton location on a permanent, full-time basis as their newest Optometrist from February 2027!

• Salary Package: Competitive base salary, bonuses, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
• Roster: 5-day work week with one weekend day off and two consecutive days off.
• Store Information: 3-test-room store with a collaborative team of experienced optometrists, an open-door culture, and 30-minute testing times.
• Patient Demographic: Diverse regional patient base with strong exposure to ocular pathology, chronic disease management, and community-based eye care across a mix of older, family, and working-age patients.
