Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills and solid problem-solving skills.
• Some project management experience.
• Good understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles.
• Experience in 3-D modelling packages (SolidWorks).
• An understanding of measurement systems & statistical analysis.
• Automation, electronics or software experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems and perform root cause analysis & troubleshooting.
• Lead project management and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for processes and equipment.
• Build cross-functional relationships to implement right solutions for products and processes.
