Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is looking for two part-time team members to join our online team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, you will ensure every order is picked with care and accuracy while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Join a team of over 250 friendly individuals. This on-site role requires reliability and punctuality, with shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Applicants must have NZ citizenship, NZ PR, or a valid NZ work permit.

Qualifications

• Two part-time team members with a focus on customer service.
• Availability for weekend work is required.
• Reliable and punctual with good time management.
• On-site role at a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Loading and unloading orders.
• Using a computer and/or tablet.
• Assisting in other departments when there are no orders.
• Contributing to continual improvements of the online shopping experience.

Join our Team

We’re looking for two part-time members with a passion for customer service and a sharp eye for detail to join our online team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love meeting deadlines, and take pride in managing your time well, you’ll fit right in. In this role, you’ll ensure every order is picked with care and accuracy, delivering an outstanding customer experience. Reliability and punctuality are a must. We count on each other to make every day a success!

The Role

• Picking, packing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Teamwork, punctuality and reliability
• Dealing with customer enquiries, including phone and email
• Loading and unloading orders - Heavy lifting
• Using a computer and/or tablet
• Assisting in other departments when there are no orders
• Contribute to continual improvements and initiatives to help the overall quality of the online shopping experience

Shifts & Availability

We have two positions working both Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please only apply if you are committed to working both weekend days. On-site parking is not available, but our store is only a five-minute walk from both the train and bus stations, with ample coupon parking nearby.
