Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets NZ is seeking a friendly team member to pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely for our customers. You will communicate with other departments regarding substitutions and out-of-stock items, and uphold health and safety standards on the shop floor and warehouse.

This role suits someone with a customer-service mindset, able to work on their feet, and keen to contribute to a fast-paced online grocery operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow processes.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with other departments about substitutions and stock issues.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards in the work area.
