Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a generalist HR or People & Capability Business Partner role ideally 5+ years.
• Solid employment relations expertise with experience managing a diverse caseload.
• Ability to partner with leaders at all levels and influence positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice across the full employee lifecycle—from attracting great people through to their exits.
• Lead complex employment relations matters with confidence and professionalism.
• Coach and support leaders to build their people leadership capability.
• Partner with managers to recruit and retain great talent.
• Work alongside operational teams to understand how the business operates and add value.
• Contribute to People & Capability initiatives to improve the employee experience.
• Ensure HR practices remain compliant with employment legislation and business objectives.
