Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Location: One North

Salary: $3500 - $5000

Responsibilities
  • Maintain central repositories and filing systems for research documentation.
  • Coordinate internal review and approval workflows.
  • Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support automation and testing of administrative processes.
  • Assist in registering and tracking grant calls.
  • Help draft internal communications and timelines.
  • Verify proposals for compliance and manage submissions via platforms like IGMS, RGP, and iGrants.
  • Support grant award documentation and terms review.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Visio, MS Forms, Power BI, or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Prior experience in office or research administration is an added advantage.
