Worley is seeking a Discipline Manager for Electrical, Control & Instrumentation to provide strategic leadership, technical direction and people management across New Zealand. Based in Auckland or New Plymouth, you will shape capability and delivery across a diverse project portfolio.

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting leadership opportunity for a technically strong engineering professional looking to lead and grow Worley's Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) capability across New Zealand. As EC&I Discipline Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, technical direction, and people management while supporting successful project delivery and ensuring our capability remains industry-leading, collaborative, and aligned with future market opportunities.
This role can be based in either our Auckland or New Plymouth office.
