Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to bring frontline nursing expertise into AI training, shaping how clinical workflows and EHR documentation are understood by intelligent systems.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with flexible scheduling (10–40 hours per week). You’ll collaborate with leading AI research teams to deliver real-world, safe medical AI outputs and improve AI model performance through precise data annotation and feedback.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on healthcare experience.
• Familiar with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
• Strong analytical thinker who can evaluate information critically and communicate findings clearly
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
• Passionate about healthcare quality and excited by the potential of AI in medicine

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, nursing workflows, and health informatics scenarios for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
• Apply your EHR experience (Epic, Cerner, etc.) to assess how well AI systems understand clinical documentation and data workflows
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI outputs related to nursing practice and health IT
• Translate complex clinical concepts into structured, actionable feedback that helps AI teams improve model performance
• Review and annotate health-related data with precision, drawing on your knowledge of clinical processes and patient care standards
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
