Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join Te Pae Tiaki Emergency Department at Wellington Regional Hospital. You will perform advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and management for patients with acute conditions, working autonomously and with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient flow and care.

Qualifications
- Current NZ NP Practising Certificate with NCNZ registration.
- Emergency nursing experience in a acute care setting.
- Postgraduate NP practicum completion.
- Radiology Endorsement or equivalent credential.
- Leadership, mentoring and quality improvement experience.
Responsabilités
- Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management for ED patients.
- Prescribe and administer medications within scope and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimise outcomes.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and service development.
- Support ED patient flow and reduce wait times and length of stay.
- Provide clinical leadership, education, and mentoring to staff.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Green Zone.
