Job summary

Marley NZ in Auckland operates a permanent night shift role at our Manurewa site to support inbound goods and dispatch. You’ll work hands-on to keep the warehouse running smoothly, focusing on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years warehousing experience, a current forklift licence, and a reliable, proactive attitude. Overtime and training opportunities are available as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as Storeperson or in warehousing.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, production, or manufacturing environments.
• Current forklift licence (essential).
• Physically fit and able to meet daily deadlines.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Managing the flow of inwards goods, ensuring accurate checks of incoming deliveries and MPI compliance.
• Maintaining a strong Health & Safety culture by keeping work areas organised safe, and making sure stock stored correctly.
• Maintain a high level of picking performance, supporting replenishment and inventory accuracy, including daily stock counts.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse and yard.
• Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Identify H&S risks, hazards and work closely with all concerned parties to create a safe work environment.
• Managing the storage and safekeeping of stock, handling materials, and supplying goods to the production lines Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties as required.
• Completing adhoc warehouse tasks to support overall site operation.
