A leading recruitment agency seeks a Service Technician Supervisor in Auckland. You will lead a team of Technicians, manage service operations, and liaise with Customers. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety. The Field Service Supervisor will lead, motivate and mentor a team of three Field Service Technicians, delegating tasks and managing workloads. You must be capable of providing hands‑on support as required to Customers, Technicians and Business partners to resolve complex issues ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.
The role will be based in the Penrose office, and you will manage a small team of skilled Technicians. You are expected to have a proven record of leadership experience, including a history of implementing change, training and improvement to an established team of Technicians. The ability to travel is an essential component of this role, as is a track record of building strong, loyal and respectful relationships with Customers, Management and Service Teams.
