Job summary

Premier Retail in Waikato is opening a brand-new Peter Alexander NZ store at The Base. We are recruiting for a Full Time Keyholder (3IC) to join the team, working 30 hours per week across Monday, Thursday to Saturday, to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer connections.

As the 3IC, you will open/close the store, maintain presentation, and step up when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers are unavailable. The role offers training and a fun, rewards-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer connections in a retail setting.
• Ability to drive store sales and meet sales targets.
• Strong presentation and shop-standards maintenance.
• Willingness to work a 30-hour week (Mon, Thu–Sat).

Responsibilities

• Drive and process store sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Open and close the store and act as in-charge when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Maintain store presentation and assist in daily operations.
• Support the team to achieve brand standards and sales goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this 30HOURS PER WEEK role from Monday, Thursday - Saturday, you will be responsible for driving and processing store sales, and contribute to the overall success of the store by delivering great customer connection, and completing operational responsibilities.

As the 3IC, you will be great at maximising sales and will take pride in maintaining the store presentation, step up when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers are not available and be in charge of the opening and / or closing of the store.
