Job summary

Giltrap Group in New Zealand is seeking a National Retailer Support & Accessories Manager to lead retailer relationships and grow genuine parts and accessories sales across our network. You will manage parts inquiries, coordinate campaigns, and oversee retailer data processing while working with credit, discounts and returns in line with policy.

The role includes regional retailer visits and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive aftersales, parts, accessories, customer service or retailer network support.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify and drive sales opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with order management, sales reporting, returns processes, and retailer support functions.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary contact for retailer parts management and accessory enquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong retailer relationships to improve engagement and performance.
  • Develop and support parts/ accessories sales and marketing campaigns, including promotions and launches.
  • Monitor retailer sales orders and ensure timely processing of retailer data.
  • Manage Vehicle Marketing Expenditure (VME) budgets and campaign delivery.
  • Provide insights to improve retailer service, operations and sales.
  • Support credit, discount approvals, and returns processes per policy.
  • Conduct regular retailer visits to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.

Are you passionate about building strong retailer relationships anddriving parts sales growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated National Retailer Support & Accessories Manager to join our team. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact across our national retailer network while supporting the growth of genuine parts and accessories sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for retailer parts management and accessory enquiries, ensuring timely and professional support.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers to improve engagement, service levels, and business performance.
  • Developing and supporting parts and accessories sales and marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, model launches, and lifestyle initiatives.
  • Monitoring retailer sales orders, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of retailer data.
  • Managing approved Vehicle Marketing Expenditure (VME) budgets and supporting effective campaign delivery.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to enhance retailer service, operational efficiency, and sales performance.
  • Supporting credit, discount approval, and returns processes in line with company policies.
  • Conducting regular retailer visits to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

About You
