Job summary

Lumino Long Bay & Rosedale is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join their team on New Zealand’s North Shore. You will support clinicians during procedures, manage sterilisation and infection control, and ensure high standards of patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves taking X-rays, preparing treatment rooms, greeting patients, and assisting with materials and stock management. Two locations are available: Long Bay and Rosedale.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid NZ work right.
• Live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of Long Bay & Rosedale.

Lumino Long Bay & Rosedale is currently on the lookout for an experienced Dental Assistant to join their team!

As one of our Dental Assistants, you will work alongside our highly trained clinicians and other dental professionals to provide excellent patient care and support. You will be tasked with supporting our clinicians during various dental procedures and ensuring best practice standards are upheld and the best patient care is provided. You will also take control of tasks such as sterilisation and infection control, ensuring all instruments and equipment are processed and sterilised following best practice guidelines.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be someone who enjoys working closely within a team and providing upstanding customer service.

The hours for the role are below: Mon - Wed and Alternate Fri

• Monday: 8am - 5pm (Rosedale)
• Tuesday: 8am - 5pm (Long Bay)
• Wednesday: 8am - 5pm (Long Bay)
• Alternate Friday: 8am - 5pm (Rosedale)

About this role:
