Job summary

Allevia Radiology is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist for our Rosedale & Silverdale branches in Auckland. This permanent vacancy welcomes both full-time and part-time applicants who are registered MRI radiology professionals with NZ MRTB and APC current.

The ideal candidate will have postgraduate MRI qualifications, a patient-focused approach, and strong teamwork and independent working abilities in a busy imaging department.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in MRI.
• Registration with the NZ MRTB in MRI scope and a current APC.
• A positive attitude, great interpersonal skills and will enjoy working in a busy environment.
• A patient-focused attitude with high technical skills and radiography knowledge.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and also be comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans across Rosedale and Silverdale branches.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Maintain high-quality imaging protocols and equipment standards.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, sonographers and fellow technologists.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful and efficient work environment.
