Job summary

Frontline Recruitment is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join a respected diagnostic imaging provider across Auckland. The role offers flexible FT/PT options, a patient-centred approach, and collaboration with radiologists in a network known for clinical excellence.

You will perform MRI exams, ensure diagnostic image quality, support patients, and work within safety standards while progressing your professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered MRI Technologist with MRTB in NZ.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Postgraduate MRI qualification from a recognised institution.
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety and imaging protocols.
• Experience with Siemens or GE MRI platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations while maintaining patient care and safety.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images per clinical protocols.
• Guide patients throughout their imaging journey.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring clinicians.
• Conduct routine QA checks and monitor equipment.
• Adhere to MRI safety standards and best practices.

• Experience working with Siemens and/or GE MRI platforms advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
