  • Over 5 years’ experience in a consulting or utility environment, particularly in pipeline, hydraulics, pump station, wastewater or water treatment plant designs.
  • Experience with 3D Design Modelling packages is a real advantage.
  • Chartered status preferred or actively working towards chartership.

We’re looking for Mechanical Engineers at various experience levels to join our motivated and trusted team. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary group working on impactful water and wastewater projects across the region.

In These Roles, You Will
  • Take ownership of engineering tasks that grow in scope and complexity, with support and guidance from senior team members
  • Contribute to analysis, design work, tenders, and proposals
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical, etc.)
  • Delegate, supervise, and mentor junior mechanical engineers
  • Work actively towards professional certification or registration
  • Help prepare documentation, ensuring accuracy and meeting quality standards
  • Build your understanding of business operations, including budgets and revenue
  • Develop your communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills

You’re a motivated engineer with a passion for water infrastructure and a collaborative mindset. You’re keen to grow your technical skills and contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference.

You’ll Bring
  • A degree in mechanical engineering
  • Over 5 years’ experience in a consulting or utility environment, particularly in pipeline, hydraulics, pump station, wastewater or water treatment plant designs
  • Experience with 3D Design Modelling packages (AutoCAD, Inventor, and Plant 3D) — a real advantage
  • Chartered status (preferred), or be actively working towards chartership
  • A natural ability to build strong networks both within and outside the organisation
