Qualifications

• Experience developing communications or public engagement approaches that deliver measurable results.
• Strong strategic thinking and sound judgement advising senior leaders on complex matters.
• Experience using data and audience insight to set priorities and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACC's media engagement, digital marketing and content, and brand teams.
• Set strategic direction and priorities for these functions to maximise impact.
• Empower teams to develop and deliver high-quality strategies, campaigns and content.
• Use audience insight, data and behavioural change to strengthen public understanding and outcomes.
• Advise the Chief Executive and senior leaders; contribute to a connected, high-performing culture.
