Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; aluminum casting and foundry experience is advantageous.
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership in a production environment.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily manufacturing operations, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and workforce planning.
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and costs via KPIs.
• Implement Lean, 5S, visual management, root-cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
• Develop supervisors and production staff across shifts.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce scrap and downtime, improve flow.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for sustainable results.
