Job summary

Tasman Bay Food Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead on the factory floor, drive performance, and coordinate with engineering and maintenance to keep production at peak levels.

You will lead production teams, deliver plans safely and efficiently, and champion continuous improvement across productivity, quality and safety. Dairy experience is an advantage.

The Manufacturing Manager is a hands- on leadership role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, leading people, solving problems, and working closely with engineering and maintenance to keep production performing at its best.
