Manager Project/Programme Development & Delivery NZ Catholic Education Office

New Zealand Catholic Education Office – Wellington Central, North Island

The Manager Project/Programme Development & Delivery is a senior leadership role within the New Zealand Catholic Education Office, supporting the CEO and the Board in advancing the mission, strategic priorities, and operational effectiveness of NZCEO and its associated responsibilities as secretariat for the Association of Proprietors of Integrated Schools (APIS). The role contributes to the delivery of high-quality support, advice, advocacy, and organisational systems that strengthen Catholic education, support proprietors, and promote the interests of state integrated schools across Aotearoa New Zealand.

The position is responsible for supporting the CEO to deliver strategic initiatives determined by the Board, assisting with the preparation and review of strategic and annual plans, and managing policies related to office operations. The Manager provides governance support to the Board, shareholders, proprietors, stakeholders, and schools, including the development of governance resources, responses to statutory and governance enquiries, and support for compliance requirements under the company structure.
