Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking a skilled makeup artist for permanent roles in its New Zealand stores. You will deliver makeup applications from full glam to natural looks and guide customers toward the best products for their needs, while maintaining excellent service standards.

You will collaborate with a team to ensure an exceptional customer experience, stay on top of current trends, and share expertise to upskill peers in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional makeup applications.
• Ability to conduct back-to-back appointments while keeping to strict timings.
• Confident in delivering top trending looks (e.g., winged liners, glow, smoky eyes).
• Ability to coach and upskill peers to grow the makeup category.

Responsibilities

• Conducting makeup application services for customers from full glam to natural looks.
• Be the go-to expert in-store for all things makeup and help customers find products.
