Job summary

Farmers in Tauranga is seeking a Loss Prevention team member for the Tauranga CBD store. This full-time role includes varied shifts: Mon 10:00am–6:30pm, Tue–Thu 8:30am–5:00pm, Sun 9:00am–5:30pm. You will identify loss patterns, deter theft, and maintain a safe store environment.

Ideal candidates have excellent written and spoken communication, remain calm under pressure, handle conflicts well, and demonstrate integrity while helping customers.
