Job summary

Oranga Tamariki is seeking a Team Leader Logistics to coordinate rostering for residential youth workers and manage working hours across the rostered team. The role includes line management of the escorting function and casual staff, with fast-paced delivery and critical decision-making to cover day-to-day operations.

You'll apply strong planning, resource management and people skills to support tamariki and rangatahi wellbeing, while engaging with diverse stakeholders and leading a capable team.

Qualifications

• Previous resource management experience and capability in managing a shift or rostered environment.
• Proven experience in managing teams and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rostering and shift management for residential youth workers.
