Global Medics is seeking experienced gastroenterologists for short-term locum work in Timaru. The role involves running gastro clinics with possible weekend on-call duties. Clinics are based in Timaru, a coastal South Island town with a relaxed lifestyle.

Ongoing 24/7 support from Global Medics, flexible work-life balance, and coverage of transport and accommodation costs are provided. MCNZ registration eligibility and FRACP or equivalent are required to practice in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• FRACP or equivalent and MCNZ registration eligibility
• Experience as gastroenterologist with locum/short-term assignments preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork

• Provide gastroenterology clinics in Timaru
• Participate in on-call weekend duties if required
